In principle, debt restructuring is very difficult despite ev. The reasons are obvious. An ev is a sure sign that the debtor has not been able to meet his financial obligations towards private or public creditors recently and that various attempts at attachment have been unsuccessful.
Requirements for debt restructuring
As understandable as the desire for debt restructuring may be, it can only be realized in the rarest of cases. The chances are particularly good if the debtor has a fixed income, there is no wage garnishment and he or she contacts a foreign bank or a private credit broker with their concerns.
Due to the fact that private credt checker information does not play a role at most foreign banks, the probability that these banks will find out about the ev is rather low. Anyone wishing to receive a Lite lender loan should be of legal age, have an officially registered residence in Germany, be an employee or civil servant and should not have exceeded a certain maximum age. It will therefore be very difficult for pensioners to obtain a Lite lender loan.
The reasons for debt restructuring can be very diverse. Often, not only do individual loans have to be repaid, but various bills also have to be paid. As long as the creditworthiness is sufficiently high, there is usually nothing standing in the way of this project. It only becomes difficult if the customer has serious negative private credt checker entries, which is always the case after an EV has been performed. However, nobody who wishes to reschedule despite ev has to give up early.
For example, he could contact a private loan broker who specializes in particularly difficult cases. However, he should be serious and neither make unrealistic promises nor charge any upfront costs. There are no formal requirements for a personal loan. Nevertheless, it is advisable to comply with all agreements made and to repay the loan on time.
Alternatives to debt restructuring despite possible
Debt restructuring through a bank or personal loan is not always the right way. After an EV, every loan request should be scrutinized extremely critically. If the income is not sufficient to pay regular loan installments, there is a greater risk that the financial situation will be further exacerbated by the debt rescheduling and the debt will ultimately be significantly higher than before the borrowing.
In many cases it is more appropriate to seek advice from a debtor and to find a viable solution together with the competent advisors on site. In this context, it would be very important to keep a budget book and possibly think about how to increase income and reduce expenditure.
